Click on the create content » video cast link.
Thereafter follow the steps mentioned below in the screenshots:-
You can then see all the video cast files created over here
Administer >> Content Management >> Content >>How to edit content Video Cast
You can select the Video Cast files from
Administer >> Content Management >> Content >>to edit the file follow the steps shown above.
