This Thursday May 1st, there will be 80,000+ people who will dine out for a great cause, Project Angel Heart- named Colorado’s most outstanding non-profit organization.

It’s true, you get to eat and help promote the health, dignity and self sufficiency of people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. The project provides nutritious, home-delivered meals with care to these people all year round, and this is a chance to get involved. And, it’s delicious.

Get yourself a date, your mom, or your friends and get some grub at one of your favorite restaurants and 25% of your food bill will go directly to Project Angel Heart. You can pick from more than 350 of the best and well loved restaurants in Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs- for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

*Dining out for life stands to raise over 350,000 through there mission.

Notable names are volunteering their time to be a ‘waiter/waitress’ for the day… One restaurant you may want to check out includes Mezcal on Colfax. From 6-9pm you can get served by some of the cities beloved local celebs including, Ricardo Baca(Denver Post), Patty Calhoun (Westword), Nick Cage (KTCL), Lannie Garret (Singer), and city councilwoman, Carla Madison. All of them will also be donating all their tips to the organization.
