There seems to be some unseen forces at work that are bringing the totems of my childhood into the 21st century. First there was the new View-Master slides, then the polaroids...and now this:

Unless you're living in a hole (or were at one conference or another last week, or don't care about digital imaging programs) you must know by now that Adobe Photoshop has released an online version called Photoshop Express. Sadly this isn't going to replace your software version anytime soon- it is limited in its tools and doesn't even let you work with layers...but for tweaking photos?

This weekend left me both exhausted and inspired.  I just flew back from Hong Kong  yesterday after a three day seminar about how to teach the International Baccalaureate  Film class, which I will be starting at our High School next year.  The task is a bit daunting- it is a lot of work, both for the students and myself-  but its also a great opportunity to explore the medium of film through analysis, history, and production- and I'm very excited.
